    The Lending Cupboard is located in Red Deer, AB and offers medical aids that help with mobility and quality of life. The cost of medical equipment can be overwhelming, so pop by the Lending Cupboard to see what they have to offer. As a registered charity, they rely on donations and fundraisers to help keep their program going. If you have any gently used medical equipment to donate, they are a excellent place to consider!   • Victorias Quilts.

    Victorias Quilts Canada started in 1999, and has made over 84,000 quilts to donate to those battling cancer. It is ran by a group of volunteers, and relies on donations and fundraisers to fund the material and shipping costs so that you can send in a request to have a beautiful gift made for your loved one fighting cancer.     If you or someone you know are in need of End of Life care, the Red Deer Hospice delivers the highest quality of care while preserving your dignity.   • Grief Support.

    At the Red Deer Hospice, they offer a multitude of grief support groups, one on one, and workshop type of services to anyone in the community who is suffering from the loss of a loved one.     As a woman, we often don’t realize how much we rely on our physical appearance as a confidence enhancer. We pride ourselves with our styled hair, our bright makeup, out long eyelashes, etc. When that is taken away from Chemotherapy it leaves you feeling lost and empty. Look Good Feel Better is a organization that helps women who are battling cancer find their confidence again in their physical appearance.
